We receive approximately 80,000 tonnes of green waste per year, through the road side collections and our community recycling centres.

Surrey’s green waste goes to three composting facilities – one in Surrey, one in East Sussex and one in Hampshire – where it is processed and composted to produce a soil conditioner, which can be used in farming and agriculture.
